FAQ's for Visitors

  • Q – How do I get to the Festival?
    A – Visit the Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane Location Details tab on the right hand side for all public transport and parking options.
  • Q – Can I buy from the stallholders at the Festival?
    A – Yes! Most exhibitors will be selling their products at the Festival, usually at a special Festival discount.
  • Q – Can I pre-purchase tickets?
    A - Yes, Tickets can be pre-purchased via the festival website 4 weeks out from the festival. The link can be found on the festival home page, page headers and navigation.
  • Q – Can I purchase a multiple day ticket – and is this a cheaper option?
    A - Multi day tickets are not available for purchase online. You can however collect a complimentary return ticket to visit the festival another day from the information desk at the Festival.
  • Q – Is there an ATM available at the Festival?
    A – Yes, however sometimes you need to join a very long queue, so we recommend getting cash out before you arrive at the Festival.
  • Q – How do I pre book a reading for the psychic reading room?
    A - Psychic reading room pre-bookings are available via the website a few weeks out from the show. You can only pre-book the 10am and 10.30am timeslots. All other reading times can be booked onsite at the Psychic Reading Room.
  • Q – What are the opening hours?
    A - Opening hours are 10am – 7pm daily. Our Brisbane festival is open from 9am – 6pm daily.
  • Q – Is there a cost to attend one of your seminars / lectures? 
    A - All our seminars are free to attend and seating is available on a ‘first come’ basis.
  • Q -  Are there cloakroom facilities?
    A - No, there are no cloakroom facilities available onsite.
  • Q – Is there a café / food available at the festival?
    A - Yes, there are large café’s at all our festivals, with plenty of vegetarian food also available.
  • Q - I purchased a ticket online, but the ticket and/or confirmation receipt didn’t come through to my email.
    A - Firstly, please check your junk email box as the email may have been sent there. If it is not there please contact us on 03 9276 5555 or email marketing@eea.net.au and we can send you through another copy.
